Please Note: If the model & type numbers on your Briggs & Stratton engine are only 9 characters, please enter a 0 (zero) at the beginning of the model number. Does the number you have look like this? If not, locate the correct number by following instructions in Step 2.

NOTE: This document applies to firmware version 7.8.7r8 and later. The model and serial number can be located on the bottom panel of the unit and in the GUI (Graphical User Interface) of the 3360. This document includes the following sections: • • Locating the Model and Serial Number on the Bottom Panel The model and serial number can be found on a small white sticker located at the bottom of the device. The model number will be displayed within the red box and the serial number will be displayed in the green box (as shown below). Locating the Model and Serial Number in the GUI • Launch a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. 
Enter into the address box, and press the Enter key.
